Case No. 289 of 2019 dated 16.11.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though small quantity of liquor is said to have been recovered from the kiosk belonging to the petitioner but considering the aforesaid factum of recovery, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
