1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to order dated 08.07.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Benepatti, in B.L.D.R. Case No. 348 of 2012-13, petitioners filed an application before the Circle Officer, Benepatti, who after hearing the parties issued notices on 12.09.2014. However, the petitioners' application before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18253 of 2014(2) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 Circle Officer, Benepatti, is still pending and has not been concluded yet. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the petitioners' application pending before the Circle Officer, Benepatti, in accordance with law.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Benepatti, District- Madhubani (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the application which is said to have been filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
