Annexure 2 to this petition reveals that victim returned to his home safely and his statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded.

Petitioner is none else but own uncle of the victim and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant being full brother of the petitioner lodged this false case with an intent to grab ancestral property and moreover, there is noting on the record to show that any demand of ransom was made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
