ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard Mr. R.S. Pradhan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Vigilance.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special Case No.21A of 1999 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.19 of 1999 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 477A, 109, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 4(2) of the Bihar Non-Government Physical Training College, Non-Government Teachers Training College and Non-Government Primary Teachers Education College (Control & Regulation) Ordinance, 1982.

No.20639 of 2016 (6) dt.15-11-2016 2/2 It is submitted that though no fresh ground is made out, yet the petitioner is willing to submit to the authority of law and shall surrender in the court below on 25th of November, 2016, on which date the entire police papers shall be served on him in the court below.
In case the petitioner so surrenders on 25th of November, 2016 and the police papers are served upon him, then the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance1, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.21A of 1999 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.19 of 1999, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
