The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pakridayal P.S. Case No.193 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The C.O., Pakridayal alleged that Branch Manager of North Bihar Rural Bank, Branch Pakridayal sent documents of the petitioner and other applicants who submitted the application with the documents for grant of loan for verification but it transpired that the land possession certificate submitted by the applicants including the petitioner were forged. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner of course submitted application for grant of loan along with rent receipts and the land possession certificate issued by the office of C.O. but he had no knowledge about the fact that the land possession certificate was issued forging the signature of C.O. It is submitted that petitioner is not the beneficiary of any loan. No loan was granted to the petitioner. Similarly situated other accused persons namely, Nageshwar Prasad, Nand Kishore Singh, Naimuddin Ansari, Rajendra Prasad Yadav and Madan Thakur have already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8131 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner of course submitted application form along with land possession certificate and rent receipts for grant of loan but on verification, the certificate issued by the office of the C.O. is found to be forged but petitioner had no knowledge about the ingenuineness of the certificate and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S.
