2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 477/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is an admitted position that the deceased had died in the house of the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of killing the deceased for property. The postmortem report shows that there are multiple ligature marks on the deadbody of the deceased and multiple ligature marks may not be caused because the deceased might have hanged herself, it shows that it is a case of homicide and suicide. The petitioners are in jail since 13.08.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. It is accordingly dismissed.
