2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for direction to the respondents to make payment of adequate compensation amount of soil used from land of Petitioner for Construction of Saksohara Harnaut road;

(ii) for direction to the respondents to make payment of adequate Compensation amount of acquired land of petitioner for the purpose of widening and Construction of Saksohara Harnaut road after re-

(iii) for any other relief or reliefs to which petitioner may be found entitled.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing the remedy before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (respondent no.4) with regard to his grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent as recorded above.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
