2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025, dated 05.07.2025, lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner with an allegation regarding the fake certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that, vide order dated 11.03.2026, this Court specifically directed the State to file an affidavit regarding the verification of the certificate obtained by the petitioner from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13576 of 2026(3) dt.29-04-2026 2/2 Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

5. In this background, learned APP for the State submits that upon verification of the certificate from the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, as per the report dated 24.02.2026, the claim of the petitioner is genuine and the same has been affirmed by the concerned Board, Cuttack.

6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
