Patna High Court CWJC No.18007 of 2017(2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and the grievance of the petitioner is that despite the order passed and the direction issued by the District Magistrate, no action is undertaken. If that be so, the respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and in case the order of removal in this regard has attained finality and no appeal or further proceedings or stay is pending in the matter they shall proceed to remove the encroachment as ordered in accordance with law after due process and hearing all concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
