The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 275, 276, 419, 420, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 (A), 18 (A) (VI) of the Drug and Cosmetic Act, 1940.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits in the instant case drug was seized on the complaint of the Drug Inspector. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has valid license of medical shop and there is no violation of any condition of licence. He further submits that

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
