2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Miscellaneous Case No. 85 of 2018 is pending before the Family Court at the stage of recording the evidence of Opposite Party No. 2/wife, Manisha Kumari.

3. Learned counsel further prayed that this revision petition may be disposed of directing the concerned Family Court to expedite the matter and conclude the same within

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.90 of 2020(6) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 specific period by the learned Trial Court.

4. On the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition is disposed of directing the concerned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to expedite the Miscellaneous Case No. 85 of 2018 and conclude it as early as possible probably within a period of one year from today.

5. With the above observation, this revision petition is disposed of.
