Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The wife of the petitioner died in the house of the petitioner. Allegation is that her murder was committed by the petitioner and others. Postmortem report reveals that injuries caused by hard and blunt substance, resulted in internal injury to the deceased and the Doctor found the lungs and heart of the victim full of blood. There was injury on liver and spleen etc. Though, there is no direct evidence of any witness to have seen the occurrence but the circumstantial evidence points to the complicity of the petitioner.
Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9811 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 bail in connection with Shakurabad Police Station Case No. 89 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Sub-Judge 1st Jehanabad.
Hence, his prayer for bail refused.
