The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bounsi P.S. case No. 226/2019 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recovery was made from the house of Lakhan Soren. The petitioners are daughters of Lakhan Soren. Lakhan Soren has not been made accused in the case and the petitioners, who are daughters of Lakhan Soren, have been made accused. There is no allegation against the petitioners that they were selling liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioiners are ladies, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II -Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. case No. 226/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
