State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 25 (1-B), A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act as one country made loaded pistol was recovered from a bag hanging with the motorcycle on which petitioner was a pillion rider. He is in jail custody for about seven months, his antecedent is absolutely clean.

Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014.
