The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.s.Case No.210 of 2015 (G.R.No.3539/2015) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 366A,373 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor 'Sali' of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case diary discloses that the victim appeared with her father, now the matter has been compromised between the

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender on 07.05.2019 before the learned court below and on that day the victim shall also remain present in the learned court below and the learned court below shall enquire about their relationship and if satisfied with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has married with the victim and they are living happily and they have children also, he will release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Uchkagaon P.S.Case No.210 of 2015 (G.R.No.3539 of 2015), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
