2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per prosecution case , it is alleged that one Pankaj Kumar made obscene photos of one Mahadalit lady of his village viral on social media for which a case was lodged and he was arrested by the police. It is further alleged that this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R., came at the house of informant and thereafter, abused and assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that this petitioner, along with co-accused Umesh Rai,

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case is counter-blast of Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 which was lodged against the informant and others. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre - arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , rival submissions, accusation , nature of injuries sustained by the injured and other circumstances of the case , the prayer for grant of pre - arrest bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) of Code of Criminal
