In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 106 of 2015 registered u/s 498A, 306 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner used to instigate to commit suicide and that was the cause behind death of the victim lady.

As it appears that the victim lady died by overrun by train.

Looking to Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Kaushlya Devi is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
