In the present case, the petitioner has sought relief for correcting the electricity bill and adjustment of advance money deposited by him. Further prayer has been made for granting the subsidy and its adjustment against the payment made by the petitioner as well as the bill which has been handed over to the petitioner for payment of Rs.3,27,254/- be declared as not correct

The petitioner is a consumer of the respondent Electricity Department bearing Consumer No.23829/BR/47/LTES/
314. The petitioner has received the electricity bill of Rs.2,00,000/- and lastly the bill has been handed over to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.3, 27,254/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bill which has been given to the petitioner for payment is completely suffers from error. He further submits that the respondents have wrongly refused to grant the subsidy to the petitioner. 5.
The South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited has filed the counter affidavit, wherein in paragraph No.6 it has been mentioned that there is an error in raising the bill and the same will be corrected. He further submits that the petitioner was getting the subsidy and still the petitioner is entitled for subsidy.

In view of such submissions made by the Power Holding Company, this Court refers the matter to the Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division (Town), Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur, who will examine the case of the petitioner and will

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
