The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013, registered under Sections 494, 498A and 323 of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In this regard a report has been called for from the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Report has been received from the Mediator. From the report, it is apparent that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.01.2015, is hereby confirmed.
