The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case no. 58 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that, in fact, in course of investigation, in the supervision note of SDPO, it has come that this petitioner is brother-in-law of co-accused Ranjit Singh, who is named in the F.I.R. except that nothing has been collected by the I.O during the course of investigation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.10491 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
