JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 78534 of 2019, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 78534 of 2019 to its original file.
