Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 228 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the final form has been submitted as contained in Annexure-2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in

No.8917 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
