Having regard to the nature of grievances, which have been raised in this Public Interest Litigation, it is hereby directed that respondent No.4, namely, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, shall look into the grievances of the petitioner and do the needful, in accordance with law. The whole exercise, so directed, shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the respondent No.4, namely, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. The petitioner may furnish to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, a certified copy of this order along with
