JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-02-2018 Challenging an interlocutory order passed on 11.08.2015 in the pending Writ Petition whereby disciplinary action taken and dismissal from service of the petitioner has been challenged, this appeal has been filed after a period of more than 2 years and 79 days of passing of the interlocutory order. The learned Writ Court has only rejected the prayer of stay of the dismissal of the petitioner. In doing so, we are of the considered view that the learned Writ Court has not committed any error.

We see no reason to make any indulgence at this

Patna High Court LPA No.1651 of 2017 (4) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 interlocutory stage merely because the departmental proceeding which culminated in dismissal of the petitioner, stay of which has been rejected by the learned Writ Court.

Finding no error in the order passed by the Writ Court, the appeal stands dismissed.
