JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Suppi P. S. Case No. 201 of 2019 dated 23.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner appears to have transpired on the confession of a co-accused, namely, Satish Kumar Ram. There has been no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He has also not been put on test identification parade though he is in custody since 04.12.2019.

In the past, the petitioner was made accused in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6407 of 2020(4) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 one case, in which he has been granted bail.

Considering these aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P. S. Case No. 201 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
