2. This petition has been filed for the reason that the respondents have failed to take concrete steps to examine the misappropriation of funds in the garb of beautifying and renovating the New Nursery Udayan, Gaya.

3. The allegations are vague and general and not supported by documents to indicate that there was any misappropriation or diversion of funds.

4. In the absence of such specific materials, no decision can be given in this petition.
