The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur/Hazipur Rail Police Station Case No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having stolen the bags and articles of the wife of the informant while she was travelling in a train.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor any T.I. Parade has been held to connect the petitioner with the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13210 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 crime. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (Rail), Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Sonepur/Hazipur Rail P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018.
