The petitioner has filed this application, renewing his prayer for bail in relation to Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014, instituted under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He draws my attention to the order dated 4-112015 passed by this Court as also the order dated 10-2-2016. He submits that the case has now been committed to the Court of Sesson, but the trial has not begun. The petitioner is not at fault. Considering the facts and circumstances and the submission aforesaid, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
