The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the opposite party opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that on perusal of the first information report, it is evident that there is

No.18651 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 direct allegation of assault against the petitioner by means of Lathi on the head of the brother of the informant and the injury report also corroborates the same. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
