The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the victim named the petitioner and alleged that her husband was kidnapped but the victim himself returned on the next day and disclosed that the police took him for interrogation with reference to Padrauna P.S. Case No. 296/2013, in which his son is an accused. Co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18867/2014, Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
