2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2014 in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 424 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324,307, 379, 447 and 504 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a land dispute in which there is case and counter case. No injury report has been brought on record to support the accusation of assault against this petitioner.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the
