Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 461, 379, 413, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 302 of 2015.
