2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appear that she left with the petitioner on her own. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
