The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No.11 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 364, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that for the occurrence dated 22.11.2012 F.I.R. was lodged on 16.02.2013. There is no explanation of such in-ordinary delay. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is inordinate delay in lodging the F.I.R., let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
