The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

On behalf of the petitioner and the counsel for the informant, it has been pointed out that the process under sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioners in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 66/2020. In the said circumstances, the present application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the present application
