2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarhchowk P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 76 of the BNS and Sections 8/10 of the POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered the house of the informant and has tried to commit rape with the daughter of the informant, aged about six years. He is in jail since 16.12.2024.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
