2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80(1), 61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025 and in the post-mortem report, it has come that the deceased has been killed and she has not committed suicide.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
