2. Petitioner challenges the order bearing Memo No. 2872 dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure-3) issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Muzaffarpur West (Respondent No. 4) whereby the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing Licence No. 28040024/08 has been cancelled.
3. The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur being Appeal No. 32/2017, which was admitted on 20.12.2016, but the same has not yet been disposed off.
