Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his pumping set was stolen and the same was recovered from the Darwaza of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2014 and he has got no criminal antecedent. For theft of one pumping set, petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner Dilip Mahto is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S.
