This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment of conviction dated 31.07.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-11, Muzaffarpur in Cr. Appeal No. 22 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the judgment and order dated 27.02.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in G.R. Case No. 1925 of 2008 (Tr. No. 558 of 2012), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 363 and 365 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. Hence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
