Mr. Verma seeks modification of the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7438 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 dated 08.10.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3865 of 2021 for extension of time for surrendering of the appellant no. 6 (Rabindra Shukla) before the court below.

Learned counsel for the appellant no. 6 has submitted that he is working outside the state for his livelihood and for this reason he could not surrender within the stipulated time before the court below to take advantage of the order.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the appellant no. 6 before the court below is also allowed. The order is modified to the extent that if the appellant no. 6 surrenders before the learned court below within a further period of four weeks from today, he will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 08.10.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
