JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disciplinary authority may be directed to dispose of the departmental proceeding within a specified time frame and in case the same is not concluded within the said time frame, then the order of suspension be directed to be revoked. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

Accordingly, it is directed that the disciplinary authority shall take steps to dispose of the ongoing departmental proceeding and see that the final order is passed within a period of three months from today. It is made clear that in case the departmental proceeding is not concluded within a period of three

In the meantime, it is directed that subsistence allowance, due to the petitioner herein, should be paid immediately within a period of two weeks from today, if not already paid.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
