The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage was solemnized with the daughter of the informant. Earlier petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail. The marriage could not run smoothly which led to filing of the present case. Petitioner is in jail since 7.9.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Akhilesh Giri, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57056 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Tr. No.2067 of 2015, arising out of C.C. No. 394 of 2013.
