2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) quashing the order dated 30.6.2017 passed by Shri Κ.Ρ. Ramaiah, Member (Administrative) of the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna by which he has been pleased to dismiss without assigning any reason, the petition bearing M.A. No. 113/2016 for restoration of the B.L.T. Case No. 87/2013
Patna High Court CWJC No.15970 of 2017(5) dt.05-05-2025 2/3 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 6039/2004, which had been dismissed for non-prosecution by the Hon'ble Chairman by the order dt.
28.06.2013 and for restoration of the said M.A. No. 113/2016 for consideration;
(ii) quashing the order dated 28.06.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in the above said B.L.T. Case No. 87/2013 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 6029/2004 and for restoration of the said B.L.T. Case No. 87/2013 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 6039/2004 for adjudication on merit;
(iii) cost of filing this petition before this Hon'ble Court;
(iv) any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled.
3. From the ordersheet, it seems the petitioner is no more and the coordinate bench granted time repeatedly to file substitution petition.
