The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 295(A), 505 of the Indian Penal Code with Section 67 of I.T. Act. Informant has alleged that accused petitioner on 5.3.2019 at 11:00 pm has posted a fake objectionable picture on social media which became viral and was intended to cause hatred, communal disharmony between two communities. Earlier also, he had committed offence of similar nature. Such tendencies have to be dealt stringently.
