The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Bhagini of the informant was married with coaccused Rahul Kumar and allegation is that within a year of marriage her death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand was committed by the in-laws including the petitioners. The petitioners are father and brother of the husband of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is also in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 07.06.2018. Charges have

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.309 of 2016, arising out of Kurhani P.S. Case No.260 of 2007, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
