The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has brought on record annexure -3 which is the joint compromise petition dated 01.03.2013 signed by both the parties and submitted that the parties have settled their disputes out of court and taking into consideration this fact, other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49959 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 same first information report.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
