Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1553 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2021 2/2 the S.C./S.T. Act against the order dated 23.11.2020 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (S.C. and S.T.), Bettiah, West Champaran, in A.B.P. No.1966 of 2020, rejecting the prayer of the appellants for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.351 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3(i) and (r) of the S.C. and S.T. Act has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is accorded.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
