The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed an Anganbari Appeal No. 50 of 2015-16, the same has not been disposed of till date. The parties are in agreement that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, to dispose of the aforesaid Anganbari Appeal No. 50 of 2015-16 within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
