In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.212 of 2011 / 177 of 2012, arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No.33 of 2010, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 120(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that before the Trial Court altogether 13 witnesses have been examined. In such view of the matter, there is no need to pass any order in the present case. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49833 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
